Praxis Filosófica is an open-access scientific journal that publishes on a continuous basis, with two (2) issues per volume (year). Its purpose is to validate and disseminate original articles and literature reviews, both in English and Spanish, focused on philosophy. The main topics addressed by the journal include:

Submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with the participation of active researchers and experts in the topics covered. The journal serves as an international forum for researchers, university professors, undergraduate and graduate students, and any reader interested in learning about the latest research and debates in philosophy.

All articles published in Praxis Filosófica are immediately available for open access in PDF and XML formats. The journal follows the “diamond” publication open access model, meaning no charges are applied to authors at any stage of the publication process (no article processing charges) as it is financially supported by the Universidad del Valle University Press and the Department of Philosophy.

The journal uses the Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 4.0 license (attribution, non-commercial, ShareAlike) for all its articles.
