This paper discusses two aspects of the Michel Foucault’s work: 1. The existent relation between hygienist medicine and pedagogy, constituted between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries in Europe, what might be called “nosopolitics”. 2. Uses Foucauldian file tracking technique, that is to say, to “turn documents into monuments”, in order to show how during the same épistèmé our Latin-American people, especially Colombian people, also went through a specific type of knowledge constitutive rules, “unsaid and yet not hidden”, ranging from the healing of “savage and barbarian” to the establishment of the good manners of the educated class. From persecution to onanism and incest prohibition, until the turn of monster into abnormal.
