Análisis conceptual y reflexiones sobre el lenguaje psicológico en el Wittgenstein posterior al Tractatus

Abstract

In this essay, 1) I make a presentation of the kind of conceptual analysis thatWittgenstein does in some of his post–Tractatus works. Particularly, I referto a certain way of proceeding which consists in the description of the differentuses of a concept, and which tries to clarify the conditions of functioning ofour language to finally solve a certain philosophical problem. 2) I examinesome passages from Philosophical Investigations in which Wittgenstein analyses psychological concepts and I point out to certain naturalistic,externalistic and mentalistic interpretations of those passages that I findproblematic. 3) I present an interpretation of Wittgenstein’s perspective aboutthe existence and nature of psychological states and processes that considersboth the kind of analysis done by Wittgenstein and some statements extractedfrom Investigations and Blue and Brown Books.
