This essay examines the concept "Chomsky's Revolution in Linguistics", which has been presented by Professor Adolfo León Gómez in his book Lenguaje, Comunicación y Verdad (Language, Communication and Truth). I argue that Chomsky’s recent research is developed within canonical scientific frameworks proposed by Popper. Thus, a different interpretation of Chomsky's Cartesian Linguistics and Language and Mind can be offered.
