Theoretical commom sense of jurists. Brief considerations about their regions and functions

The object of this paper concerns the examination of the concept of theoretical common sense of jurists and the investigation regarding their functions under the aegis of the Critical Theory of Law developed by Luís Alberto Warat. It is thus structured in two stages: the first, of a semantic character, is restricted to the conceptualization and meaning of the research object; and the second, of a teleological-functional nature, concerns the identification of regions and their functions or effects.
